Directions for use
In the bath: add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intense experience.
In a foot bath: add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
Recommendation: It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week to leave your skin feeling pleasant, smooth and supple.
Note: on bathing you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This is the result of the quick absorption of magnesium through your skin and may indicate you have low magnesium levels. This will pass with regular use.
Storage: Magnesium Flakes will quickly absorb moisture if packaging is left open, so store in a cool, dry place and quickly reseal after opening bags.
Use within 12 months of opening.
