What is the Wellbeing Sisters’ seal of approval?
Our number one priority is to provide you with the information you need in order to make an informed decision about the products you chose to use. We extensively research the ingredients in all of the products we stock, and only award a product with the Wellbeing Sisters’ Seal of Approval where none of its ingredients have links to poor female health outcomes – basing our decision on the most up-to-date information and research available.
Where do you ship?
We currently deliver across the UK at a charge of £5.00 (or free when you spend £35 or more!).

Are all the products available in the Wellbeing Sisters shop natural and organic?
All products that have been carefully selected for the Wellbeing Sisters contain naturally occurring ingredients, and wherever possible, these are also organic and/or sustainably sourced. You might occasionally find some synthetic additives but please be assured that none of these are known to negatively impact or harm your health in any way.
Are all the products available at Wellbeing Sisters cruelty-free and vegan?
All of the products we stock are cruelty-free and have not been tested on animals. Not all products are vegan, including several of our supplements. Please check the individual ingredients on the product page for clarity.
Can I change my delivery address?
Absolutely! Any changes can be made by logging into your account and clicking on your Wellbeing Sisters profile.
Can I buy products as a gift or create a gift box?
Yes of course! Just let us know that your order is a gift in the comments box on the checkout page. If you’d like a note for the recipient included with your order, please add the wording here too. We won’t include an itemised invoice with a gift unless you specifically ask us to.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
When you’ve finished shopping, go through to the checkout page, where you’ll find a box to enter your discount code. Pop the code in there and your discount will be applied. If you have any problems adding a code, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I return my order?
If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original, unopened condition within 14 days for a full refund (excluding original delivery fees).
If your products are faulty or damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund or exchange.

What will I get in my Wellbeing Sisters Subscription Box?
You’ll receive a carefully curated selection of luxury clean beauty, health and lifestyle products at a fraction of their usual RRP, along with bespoke wellbeing advice and nutritious recipes – helping you make the switch to clean living even easier.
Can I return my Wellbeing Sisters Subscription Box?
You can return the first box from your subscription package within 14 days of receiving it, providing it has not been opened. Any further boxes you receive as part of the same subscription are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if your products are faulty or damaged please contact us for a full exchange or refund.
Are the products in my Wellbeing Sisters Subscription Box suitable for every life stage?
No, not all the products (normally supplements) will be suitable for use whilst TTC or during pregnancy. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can do this by logging in to your account and unchecking ‘auto renew’.
Please note: If you are cancelling your box after the 20th of the month, you will still receive the next month’s box. Your cancellation will be effective from the following box month after that.
How do I change my subscription?
You will need to cancel your current subscription and then purchase a new subscription. Please be aware that if you are in a 3 or 6 box subscription you will need to wait for this to finish before making any changes.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! Just select the ‘Gift’ tab on the top menu.
When will I receive my subscription box?
Wellbeing Sisters Boxes ordered on or before the 5th of the box month will be dispatched on the 10th of the month (or the next working day).
How do I know exactly what’s in my products?
If you visit our online shop, you will find a full list of ingredients for all of the products in your box, plus more detailed product information, such as storage instructions, directions for usage, and allergen warnings. If there is a product in your box that is not stocked in our shop, details of the brand’s own website can be found on the product list in the box, and a full list of ingredients can be found there.
